As a strategy consultant and corporate lawyer who has worked over 25 years in different industries and a business owner myself, it has become evident that there is something fundamentally wrong with the Vision and Values which have shaped our world in the past. Our current corporate and political systems are unfortunately not working well for the entire human race. Even though during the last 25 years the world has achieved unprecedented technological innovations at a fascinating pace, we believe that a core fundamental value should be shared and implemented at a global scale:

To put People First and Humanity First.

1)  In businesses, to put clients and all stakeholders first, with an excellent and fair return of capital and social recognition for the shareholders and entrepreneurs.

2) In non-for profits, to put all beneficiaries first as well as all stakeholders. 

3) In public and government entities, to put all residents and citizens first without dividing ourselves in partisanships, electoral – political, private, or lobbyist interests over the public well-being.

It is in the best interest and benefit of organizational leaders, business owners and shareholders to clearly prioritize their clients, and deliver sustainable value with innovation to them and to all stakeholders. Clients, employees (associates), suppliers, community, government, and the environment (future generations) should be our foremost priority. People before Profit. Humanity First.

Each one of us from our own arena, with profound respect for freedom, private entrepreneurship and private property, as well as social, political, racial, environmental, economic justice and equity, share a call to make this an inclusive better global society for ALL.  Prosperous, free and just.

A SHARED DREAM AND A PRACTICAL TEAM ENTERPRISE

A young entrepreneur, organizational behaviour researcher, and policy graduate with an interest in technological innovation, my friend and son Rafael not just shared the dream, but also started modelling and structuring the project with me, shoulder by shoulder.

We have been honoured to see the rest of our core family gradually joining us in this Project. Andres, an extraordinary keen strategist with the highest level of emotional intelligence who is also my son, friend, and partner at Deal-Smartie; Alma, my wife and an unyielding fighter for justice, and Mikey,  still in his years of university education is  but participating with key insights and ideas. All of them excellent professionals and human beings. 

Rapidly, the Project had the integration of other amazing human beings, who are highly talented and outstanding professionals as well. Beside being authentic leaders in their own projects and organizations, they are also shaping and taking this project for what it actually is. A project for them! A project of yours! A project of all of us by collaboration and sharing values and dreams. Stratego Solutions as a project, and Practical Dreamers as a movement, are yours. They are ours and yours because essentially, we are ONE.
